Nice to see you back! I don't have any question (by the way, I asked you early last year how to paint nail neatly and your short answer "leave a gap between where you paint and the cuticle" was totally a lifesaver!) but I guess many people would be interested in the picture taking part?

I just started a beauty blog last week and the first thing I realized is that I have no idea how to light my photographs. All my swatches look really dark, because it was rainy outside and I was trying to shoot indoors. I'm sure a lot of people have questions about the photography part of blogging, so any tips on that would be great!

I see a lot of bloggers have "provided products" from PR companies? So companies reach out to bloggers or is it vice versa?

Also I've been looking through your posts and I can't seem to find one in which you'd mention what kind of basecoat and topcoat or "coatS" are you using. I'd like to know because recently it's hard for me to keep my manicures last more than a day or two without chipping and as you know it's a HUGE pain in the rear to basically re-do your nails every other day >.< !
I'd like to extend the wear-time of my manis :( FYI I use China Glaze and Zoya polishes mostly...
