It's October; time for Halloween nail art!

Watch the video below for an step-by-step demonstration of how apply this cute jack-o-lantern design.

This is the look I wore last year for Halloween and I really liked it so I wanted to make a video for the design. Thanks for watching!

Unfortunately I cannot get Incoco here in Europe, is there an alternative?

  3. Ivana says:

Like it! And it's really so easy. At the beggining I was thinking that's no way making that easy. x) And then I changed my mind! :D Great job!

Lol I went over the top with too many pumpkins on my nails :(, but it was for a Nail art contest, sorry ^_^.

Oreleona, thanks very much! I'm really glad you like it. :-)

Ramina, hm, let me see. Well, I know quite a few other brands make dry nail polish sheets as well so if you can find any that would be your best option. Short of that I think you could make a stencil out of tape, do you think that would work? That way you could still use scissors to get the sharp triangles. I think as long as your orange base was fully dry, the tape wouldn't lift it and you could use it as a stencil with black nail polish? Might be fun to try.

Ivana, thanks! It's very fun to wear too. :-)

Neon, the orange I used is "Note to Self" from Sephora by OPI. It's a great orange to have in your collection!

Arie, aw, no way, Girlie! I really like your pumpkins! They are not as "loud" as ten little bold pumpkin faces would be so I think it turned out great!

    Shawna, thanks!

Beauty By Brittany, thank you, I hope you do!

LadyLuck27, thank you very much, I'm glad you like it!

Cel, oh, haha! I knew there was a reason I had to do this one first. :-D

You never cease to amaze me. You must be ultra coordinated. I don't think I could cut that tiny little design with those huge scissors. I would need my little scissors.

  12. Asami says:

Deb, oh man, I was totally looking for little scissors before recording this, haha! Turns out my only little scissors are curved so I went with the big ones. :-)

  13. That's such a super cute mani! I love it :)

Love the orange too, awesome colour.

  14. Lily nail says:

Asami! I love your designs! I gave pepo the spider a try and I have it posted on my blog polishedloveaffair.blogspot.com and gave credit to you =). This pumpkin design is super cute! i love it! btw, in regards to Ramina's concern, I also don't have access to Incoco so instead of making stencils out of tape, I thought it would be easier to polish the tape first, let it dry, then cut out the triangles and the mouth like you did with the incocos..it worked like a charm! Thanks for the great design!

  16. this will take me all day to do (even though you make it look sooo easy) but I'm determined to give it a go because it looks so fantastic! I dont have the sephora polish but I have quite a few oranges that I think will work perfectly. Very nicely done!! :)
